TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) are concluded between:

2. Purpose

The purpose of these TCS is to define the conditions under which products are sold to customers via the Nely brand's e-commerce site.

Nely strives to present the products as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions). However, slight variations may exist.

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

Nely reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price applied will be that in force at the time of the order.

5. Order

The customer places an order directly on the site.

Any order is considered final after payment validation.

Nely reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

7. Delivery

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise indicated.

9. Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

The refund is made via the same payment method used for the order.

10. Responsibility

Nely cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Nely's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.

It is processed in accordance with current regulations (GDPR).

The customer has a right to access, modify, and delete their data.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site are the exclusive property of Nely.
